BEST TIMES: May-October is warm and dry, perfect for the higher elevation in the north with clear skies and comfortable hiking temperatures.
ALSO CONSIDER: October-February are quite cold in the mountains, but a good time for the central and southern valleys which can get hot and humid in the summer. March and April have higher temperatures and humidity.
